During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really appreciated the hot water and clean rooms. It was nice to have a pool as well, which provided a refreshing break from the heat. the location of the hotel was great, with restaurants and bike rental places just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. the staff seemed a bit distracted with their phones at times, which affected their level of attentiveness towards guests.

We got great value for our money with a clean and comfortable room. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the night market, town, and restaurants. The staff treated us with politeness and warmth, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The hotel breakfast menu could have had more options.

We had a short stay in Vang Vieng and stayed at Centralpark Hotel. The owner was incredibly helpful and spoke great English. They organized our activities and ensured we saw everything on our list. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, cafes, and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern with plenty of towels. Also, the Thai restaurant, Happy Mango, just a few shops away, served the best food we had in town.

Would recommend this hotel.
